1. Nature of the service

Mensari provides illustrative, educational financial decision-support. It is not licensed financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. No specific securities, insurance products, or investment strategies are recommended.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You agree to consult licensed professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. No guarantees

Projections and deliverables are illustrative. We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy of third-party assumptions, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Account & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or violate applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The software, assumptions data structure, and generated deliverable templates remain the property of the operator. You retain ownership of the personal information you submit.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions you make based on illustrative outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Ontario.
